Cidade Carpet

The Cidades carpet is the result of the superimposition of aerial images of urban and rural areas, starting from the observation of the movement out of large urban centers in search of a better quality of life (the urban exodus). It is made with the leftovers of Revolution®, a synthetic material that is widely used indoors and outdoors, thus reducing its impact on the environment and bringing this theme to the project, which is one of the priority issues in big cities. The technique of making the rug allows the artisan to contribute to the final design, as the design emerges according to the availability of leftovers. A rug with a 360 design where the masters give the guidelines for the wise artisans to perform by interpreting the design.
